(RepublicanReport.com) – Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has been causing quite the stir in Washington, DC in recent days and weeks. It seems anyone who dares not to openly condemn her past remarks is in for some fierce criticism from Democrats and their support base.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is the latest figure to attract public scorn for this. His opposite figure in the Democrat Party, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), published a press release attacking both him and Taylor Greene on Wednesday, February 3.
Pelosi’s choice of words (or, rather, letters) has raised eyebrows. In both her press release and the tweet below, she uses “Q-CA” rather than “R-CA” to denote McCarthy’s party and state. She also incorrectly spells his first name as “Qevin,” a veiled reference.
When Mitch McConnell — who lives by Pres. Reagan’s rule on never speaking ill of another Republican — warns of a “cancer” in the ranks, Qevin McCarthy, Q-CA, would do well to heed the advice of another US President, Pres. Kennedy, on the dangers of embracing extremism. pic.twitter.com/rrPVo1vtsX

Coming from Pelosi, this attempt to paint the Republican representatives and their supporters in a negative light is hardly surprising. That said, it’s sure to cause further outrage among GOP voters.
