(RepublicanReport.com) – Barack Obama was quite a divisive president. While Liberals loved him, many others criticized his failure to de-escalate the war in Afghanistan. Detractors also complained about his mismanagement of the Affordable Care Act.
Now, Obama has attracted the scorn of Conservatives all over again. On Thursday, November 12, CNN published a piece on the ex-President’s new memoir, entitled “A Promised Land,” which will be released on November 17.
In the book, Obama takes aim at Donald Trump and the Republican party, alleging that the current president’s rise to power was fueled by “racial anxiety.” The former leader also strongly criticizes the Republican vice-presidential nominee of 2008, Alaska’s Sarah Palin.
In his upcoming book A Promised Land, Obama traces the source of mainstream racism in the GOP to Sarah Palin’s elevation in 2008: “Through Palin, it seemed as if the dark spirits that had long been lurking were finding their way to center stage" https://t.co/jl4xVJq2SU

Barack Obama is a figure who attracts near-universal approval from people on the Left. While he was certainly a more capable leader than many others in his party (the two most recent Democratic presidential candidates spring to mind), he was far from perfect. Readers with a critical eye will be sure to spot the bias in his retelling of events.
