(RepublicanReport.org) – Kari Lake, the failed Republican gubernatorial candidate from Arizona, has quickly made a name for herself by making controversial comments. She recently reacted to Fox News and Tucker Carlson going their separate ways and encouraged other hosts with the network to abandon their contracts and leave as well.

Lake joined “Fearless with Jason Whitlock” on BlazeTV to express her feelings about Carlson’s termination. The failed candidate claimed Fox News was lucky to have people like Carlson and Dan Bongino, who the network also dropped recently. Lake went on to say that Fox News doesn’t care if “people who love MAGA” leave the network, claiming they’ll keep pushing an “establishment Republican agenda.”
Lake implored Carlson to abandon whatever he has left of his contract with Fox News if any at all. Once an anchor herself, she encouraged the former conservative host to “stand up, speak out,” adding that the MAGA movement needs Carlson’s voice. The outspoken Republican even went as far as to pledge to help raise funds for the former Fox host in case the network sued him for taking his talent elsewhere.
Lake also encouraged other hosts at Fox News to leave the network, even if it meant breaking their contracts. She claimed she would be able to help get them “set up” with an alternative outlet where they can “speak the truth.” Lake declared there was only a “year and a half” to save America.
Steve Bannon, a former Trump official, also criticized Fox News for terminating Carlson. During a recent episode of his “War Room” podcast, the host mentioned he thought there were a few years left on the contract between Fox and the former host of the “Tucker Carlson Tonight” show. Bannon explained if the network decided to pay Carlson the remaining amount to fulfill the contract, he wouldn’t have the option to go somewhere else. The former Trump advisor claimed the decision to fire Carlson was a move to remove a “MAGA voice” from “prime time,” adding it’s “all about” stopping the former president, his supporters, and their movement.
