Biden Issues 94 Border Policy Executive Actions in 100 Days

( – President Joe Biden’s first 100 days in the White House have been defined, more so than anything else, by immigration challenges. A massive surge in the number of undocumented migrants presenting at the southern border, likely encouraged by Biden’s liberal migration regime, has left detention centers overflowing. Thousands of those in custody are unaccompanied children.

On Sunday, April 26, the Migration Policy Institute released a new report which revealed that Joe Biden has signed a staggering 94 immigration-related executive actions in his first 100 days in office. This compares to fewer than 30 passed by Donald Trump over the same period of his presidency.

The bulk of these actions have served to loosen the rules around immigration. Average monthly ICE arrests dropped by 60% during Joe Biden’s first full month in office. The drop in arrests implies more undetained immigrants, many of whom could have questionable backgrounds, could be entering unchecked into our country.

It would be bad enough if Joe Biden were allowing our southern border to become a humanitarian catastrophe through neglect. The fact he’s actively helping to create this situation, however, is far worse.
